Also paid my second installment no one informed tht my itenary has changed. 3 few days before my planned trip, Kewal contact me and informs tht he cannot book allure as it was not available, this is 3 months after paying advance. 4.He also advised me to change Dalhousie as it was long and trying journey. 5. Which means now I'm paying 85k for a downgraded hotel and less killometer. 6. I don't want to cancel anything last minute and I agreed on condition that hotel wud be top class. 7. A day before journey I was informed driver would contact me for pickup from Delhi. This didn't happen 8. On the day i tried contacting the agent multiple times and was finally able to make contact with driver. 9.after a long and trying journey reached the hotel assigned, hotel was not bad but the room assigned was average. This was a basic room not what was promised. 10. Regarding itenary driver was not informed about the places. According to divert he was updated the day about my trip. 11. Drive informed that he was not informed about my solang valley and rohtang( this never happened as acc to driver rohtang was closed) so driver took me through atal tunnel and solang and asked me to pay 4,500 as it was not covered according to him if co.pany pays him he will refund that. 12 reach jibhi again I was promised stars and moon and was gives stone. Hotel again good but room provided wa basic not river facing funny part is this time room was booked for 2 adults and child not included Missed out Mt Kewal when I was in Manali threated tht he don't care if I'm satisfied or not but if I don't pay the remaining amount he will cancel my jibi which means on my wife bday iw 7d be left on road. I told I will for sure pay once I look the room provided. He didnt accept. He said if I'm not paying he will cancel jibhi or ask me to pay for manali. Very u professional 13 last but not the least while checking out jibhi hotel informed that co pant has not yet paid them and i shud pay thn for room and kid. It would be better if you can send drivers who knows the local areas. My driver dint know much about Dalhousie and surrounding places. On top of it i had to pay extra for an 8kms drive which was not part of the itinerary.

The agency needs to ensure that alternative arrangements can be made if a hotel is not good or unreachable due to bridge getting repaired etc. The biggest disappointment was the driver who was very non-cooperative. Although we had asked for the cab to stay with us throughout, the driver was ready to take up other passengers for Rohtang pass trip leaving us stranded as we were not willing to pay the amount he asked for the trip. Thanks to Rohit ji who sorted this but still we had to pay extra to the driver so that we could go with him. Also he made us switch to a different car and driver on the last day on way to airport as he was in a hurry to return home. He asked us to check out from Shimla hotel at 6 am in the morning for Delhi airport, whereas our flight was at 9.35 pm, stating it will take time and there would be traffic. We told that it's a Sunday and we could easily reach on time if we start at around 9 am. We still took his advice and started from Shimla before 7 am. The cab was switched in Panipat without any prior intimation, which was a risk not knowing the new driver with family and so many luggages. Then we reached the Airport 6 hrs. prior to the flight. This could have been avoided and we could have reached the airport a couple of hours prior even if we check out at 9 am. The trip experience would have been a lot better had we got a better driver. We've still given a 3 star to the driver though he deserved much less. The Hotel in Tirthan. Food and staff service in all the hotels were very good. The replacement hotel in Manali was very good. The Shimla Mall road was very good. Ankita was regular with her updates and keep checking on us, which is good.

l triangle for giving us best experience and it was a memorable one. My best experience was zipline which was very steep in manali it was next level experience, river rafting, skies ride and tube ride these all activities we enjoyed a lot.

for the hotel & cab.. Because of there misunderstanding we suffered and they are not even ready to except there mistake and were putting the blame on me that I gave the wrong date.. My Shimal room was really good but my trip in shimla went with arguments only with the travel agent.. And for Manali they said it’s a Luxury room but it was a Delux room only and had a small argument again, But other than that there response and cooperation with the guest was ok.. The only think was happened is the communication gap and there were not able to compensate my lose..

who helped me for my itinerary had not planned it well..we were not able to enjoy snow activities at madhi as there was no snow..snow was at kokser village but it was not added in my plan so i had to pay extra to travel there..she planned manikaran at the last day of my tour .so i had to go from sissu to maikaran which took almost 8 hrs and still we were not able to reach manikaran as roads were block due to traffic which is common there but she didnt gave us idea about the traffic..so we werent able to visit manikaran..she should have kept manikaran on 3rd day so that it would be of less distance to travel manikaran from manali instead of sissu..so my trip was not worthy because of improper itinerary by travel vichar agent Gitika

ADARSH are worst of them. They will never pick up ur call whenever you call them. They r just d mediators. They hire bus, cab, tempo from others n book hotel rooms from vendors. They just need to provide service by taking ABUNDANT FEES. Thats their only job. But they fail in that simple job too. Dont ever book from this. U can book ur own vehicle n hotel from d internet but never book from this platform. I would have given them NEGATIVE STARS
